Terms & Conditions
- Group Bookings only and not to exceed 15 pax per program. *Minimum 6 people required to conduct the Wellness Program
- Venue to be conducted at the premises of the Organization. If unavailable AlignnEficient Health Consultancies CO. L.L.Cshall provide an alternative venue to suit the requirements of the program scheduled. Cost of the Venue will be factored along with the cost of the program.
- F & B to be the sole responsibility of the Organisation
- Logistics of attendees to be the sole responsibility of the Organisation taking up the program.
- 50% Advance to be paid via bank transfer to confirm the booking of the Wellness program. Balance to be paid before commencing the program or as agreed between both parties.
- Kindly ensure we have Projectors / Big TV Screens / Internet Connection
- Materials like Notepads / Pens will be provided by AlignnEficient Health Consultancies CO. L.L.C
- Photographs / Videos taken during the program will be the property of AlignnEficient Health Consultancies CO. L.L.C and can be provided upon request.
- The party/organization would not use/upload any of the photographs / videos of the program without the written consent of AlignnEficient Health Consultancies CO. L.L.C
- Alignneficient is authorized to take photos or videos during wellness workshops and programs, creating media productions like videotapes, audiotapes, and webcasts.
- Alignneficient holds the copyright to use, reproduce, publish, display, license to third parties, and distribute these materials in various forms of media, including catalogs, articles, magazines, brochures, websites, or publications, without the necessity of notifying the involved entity.
