James O'Boyle

James O’Boyle (MBA, MSc) brings over 30 years of international leadership experience across corporate environments and higher education. He works with organizations, executive teams, recruiters, and universities to strengthen leadership capability, improve organizational performance, and prepare the next generation of leaders.

Accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), James is also a certified practitioner and trainer of RocheMartin’s Emotional Capital Report. He combines practical leadership experience with evidence-based assessment, leadership development, executive coaching, team development, and strategic advisory to help organizations develop stronger leaders, more effective teams, and healthier workplace cultures.

Over three decades, James has led organizational transformation projects, directed postgraduate healthcare education, lectured in leadership, commissioned a major healthcare facility, and worked alongside executive teams across healthcare, higher education, and corporate environments in the Middle East and internationally.

James believes leadership influences how people work together, how decisions are made, how cultures develop, and ultimately how organizations perform. His work focuses on helping leaders strengthen the capabilities that create measurable and sustainable organizational outcomes.
